Section 52
Delegation of authority

(1) The Council may delegate some of its powers to the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Member, Member-Secretary or Committee as per the requirements of this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The committee may delegate some of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to the coordinator of the committee, any member or any authorized employee of the council as needed.
(3) The Member-Secretary may delegate some of the powers granted to him in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any authorized employee of the Council as required.
